The Starting Period

Yesterday is just the beginning of the torture... hahaha.... cause the first 2 weeks will be my "Detoxication Week" (排毒期) meaning I cannot eat any Rice, Bread, Noodles etc (no carbo) food for this 2 weeks but I will follow their plan and drink the S-Factor which is those powder kind of very nutrious food and mixed with HL milk or NurtiSoy (Soya bean drink) for 3 meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. And also must drink at least 2 litres of water to clear my intestine... and most important is must sleep for 8 hours everyday so that you will get enough rest and will speed up your slimming...

woo.... 2 weeks no eating just drinking is kind of really torture... haha but then for my own good I must really follow their plan.... if not all my effort will be gone...

just 2 weeks... after that I can start to eat something light and not fattening food liao...

hmm next week Wed, Thurs and Fri will start my accupunture session... for the first week will go for 3 session of accupunture... then the following week will be once a week... and they will also do a review on you and see if any progress or not...

oh... looking forward for my results soon... hahaha...

The Mission

Remember that secret mission i told u all abt it? now the mission is on... and is starting from now onwards...

which is...................... the slimming mission... muahahaha.... which i just went to sign the package last nite with my fren...

so within 3 months... u will see a newly born Wendy muahahahah... which i hope by then i really can... no no should be I MUST success!!!

so for those who really really really want to slim down and be healthy you can always find me...

i will bring you to see what is the actual things is and how they works for you...

no worries they are all professional and reliable... cause i had saw lots of true factors at there... and still got some more newly ones joining in...

so y pay more on those other slimming centre which can't even help you to slim down n some even make u worse than before...

and most important thing is.... you can even earn back your money while you slimming... cause if you succeed you can proof to your friends, colleagues, relatives how effective they are and bring them to the centre and earn commission back!!!

so why wait??

WTF company is that !!

today weather very cooling.... cause it's been a very long time never rain so heavy since during and after chinese new year time...

and my poor darling Chris had fallen sick liao.... he's getting flu and cough... and went to see doctor today.. doctor said it's virus attack and gave him some medicine and a MC to get a day off tomorrow to stay at home to rest...

but then... just now evening time, my bf's operation manager called him to remind him to go work tomorrow... guess what he said to my bf when my bf told him he can't go to work tomorrow as he is sick right now... that stupid manager told my bf that he can't take leave cause they need ppl to shift their stupid goods to their stupid new warehouse... i was like #@!$#...

how can a company force their workers to go to work when they are sick!?

my bf even got a REAL MC from doctor OK...

damn stupid company..... if tomorrow they still call my bf to go back work.. i tell you i shall not let this matter off and straight away complain to MOM (Ministry of Manpower)

now i would like to give a warning to everyone who read my blog...

"Never EVER do any business with this company called "ALLTRUST Int'l Pte Ltd"

this company is one of HELL company.... they DO NOT care about their workers, they treat their workers unfairly...

so if anyone who read my blog is a member of MOM, do take note of this company...

well honest speaking... although i still feel disappointed that i can't visit hk... but for my dear... i can scarify it.... and now i just wanna help my dear dear looking for a better job.....

our anniversary

today is our anniversary.... but i am feeling sad and disappointed...... but yet i wan him to be good too.... n find a better job rather than keep on being treat unfairly by his boss.... but my hk trip will be gone..... my dream to travel will be gone.... n i dunno when i can get to travel again.................................. travel is my whole life dream............. whenever i can get to travel i really feel so happy n can't sleep........ when i heard i can get to visit hk i really feel like jumping high n low..... but now...... things get change..... hope get low....... dream will be gone.....

feel so disappointed but yet nothing else i can do.....

dun go need to pay company back if go also need to pay back more maybe....

Happy Valentine Day

today is Valentine Day... so how do u guys n gals celebrating?? must be a very romantic one?? haha...

well for me is just a very simple one... cos today my dearie got to work late... work till 4pm plus then i went down to Bugis and meet him ard 5pm..

dearie wanted to buy flowers for me for Valentine day... but we saw those selling at Cold Storage is rather expensive... and i dun think it's worth to give real flowers on this day as mostly those real flowers will fade very fast... mostly only last for 1 week... although u can keep it as dried flowers but still not very good loh....

so dearie bring me walk around.... and very funny is dearie put a act say he wan to go toilet ask me wait at a store see things first... then after a few seconds only he came back bought a stalk of artificial red rose for me... haha...

although it's fake but it can last forever... how nice....

Random updates for this week

well this whole week nothing special to blog about... so i am just talking rubbish.. bleh =p haha

hmm for this week on monday was on half day leave... then went to bank to change new bankbook then follow by paying bills and roting at home watching online movies... woooo been long time never feel so shiok roting at home watching online movies le... haha.... had actually download afew movies but then no time to watch it... so monday finally finish watching 2 movies in one afternoon hahaha...

tuesday went back to work... sianz... dunno why everytime also gonna me took the blame... haiz... oh well...

anyway wednesday, thursday nothing to blog about... the same old lifestyle... sianz........
last nite finish watching another HK movie.. haha...

and today is friday... woohoo.... finally.... weekends is here again... and somemore tomorrow is Valentine day... woooooo

MJ session

woohoo.... last nite was really enjoy myself... yesterday afternoon went to meet dearie first after his work... then we head back to whampoa first as dearie need to bath n change his clothes then after that we head down to Elaine mei's house as she invited me, dearie and Stella for her birthday dinner at her house downstair that zi cha... can say not bad the food... and also cheap too... cool... then after dinner we walked back to her house for lao yu sheng but before that we rest for awhile first as we had a very full dinner just now... so this is what we had for our 2nd round haha....

see so big plate of yu sheng... nice and yummy... a total of lucky 7 ppl finish this big plate sia....

so after eating, we rest for awhile watching tv and chatting then follow by going to Stella's house for MJ session... woohoo... long time never play liao...

guess this is my second time playing MJ for the whole nite thru till early morning 6am plus then stopped and took a cab home... haha... think me and dearie this time very lucky after eating the lao yu sheng... muahahaha... coz both of us win MJ!!! haha... me win 90 cents but dearie win more... $9++ woohoo.... Really "Huat" ya!!!

The Project

Thursday was meeting my long time no see fren, XR she is still the same old her except now looking more prettier... haha... she bring me to see her secret project.... now i know why liao...

i was introduced to her secret members and i have decided to join in the project too.... for my future happiness....

well i can't say much here... only got to wait for 3 months starting from april... hmmm guess gonna be fun haha....

Getting Sick Again

today i'm on MC cause I'm having flu and running nose and my head feel so heavy and drowsy... yesterday really feel so terrible... but got high tea buffet at Grand Plaza City Hall hotel... although food is nice but then i was falling sick so eat anything also no wei kou... until finish eating and can go home... i can't take it anymore so went to see a doc nearby my house...

told dearie i went to see a doc cause i can't take it anymore then dearie asked me want him to accompany me ma but i told him no need la as he also having dinner with his company... but dearie didn't think much and he took a cab frm defu lane and rush down to accompany me back home... feel so touch by dearie's words and actions... muack muack... love you my dear...

More House visiting

Since yesterday been busy with house visiting... yesterday evening went over to dearie's uncle house together with dearie's whole family to bai nian... from my house to whampoa then from whampoa to commonwealth ave west... wow... incredible... haha

then today also run around... afternoon went to bishan J8 for shopping then back to my house then evening went over to my aunty's house for dinner then just now went over to another grandaunt's house just nearby my home... wow....

it's so tiring for this weekends... but yet me n dearie did enjoyed ourselves... haha... cos can earn more ang baos... hahaha
