This incident suppose to happen on last Tuesday... but because due to my extremely busy working... till now then I got the time to blog it out... it's goes like this....
Suppose we got a new colleague joining us working together... but because of this stupid boss... which now making us working like crazy... sort of 1 customer service to entertain phone calls...
My lady boss had recently hired a new guy as customer service... intially she hired him as full-timer... but then... later she consider again and quietly changed him as part-timer and didn't even told this guy about this...
then.... when my accountant JY gave him the punch card to punch the time when he comes in to work for the 1st day... JY asked him if he's part-timer, he said lady boss recruited him as full-timer n that's why he quit his full time tutor job to join us... he even confirmed with lady boss again and my this "good" lady boss even nodded her head with a smile...
soon... 3 weeks had passed... n the truth was finally out... and this guy just left his job without leaving a resignation letter or whatever... just disappeared within the air for almost 1 week....
made us so worry for him... wondering if anything happen to him or not... but after we heard some clues from JY.. we all knew that he for sure won't be coming back to work anymore... and even more strange that our lady boss didn't get angry or what.. like treat nothing happen... n pretend to care for this person by making a police report of missing person... bla bla bla... for what we all know about our lady boss is she won't be so good or not being angry when her staff just left this company like this... she for sure will get angry and volcano errupts... but this time she didn't wor... so we all feel that something fishy somewhere....
before that I am being asked to send 2 smses to him since he didn't answer calls from lady boss.... so only till today I suddenly received a very long sms from him... then I get to know the whole picture of this incident...
for me, I do feel pity for him as it's being unfair to him... but then... since he's a teacher before, he should know what is Responsible means right... doesn't mean angry or what can just left the company without notify us like that... at least he should let us know earlier that he's quitting so that we still can hire another person... but now.. I guess not neccessary anymore as only left with 1 more week to cny... after that will be eating grass..... meaning.... company is going to set some new rules or I shall say goin to retrench ppl if the sales record shows we're losing money this year....

well, the lady boss is not right! makes me worry about working in singapore now :P you got to understand how angry that guy is...i would have done the same thing!
and obviously your lady boss don't care too! it's the kind of attitude he reads from the lady boss
To me, I feel the whole situation was a bit extreme.. Imagine a boss can just change full time to part time w/o informing staff. And another day staff can MIA w/o notice! Really eye opener, nvr encounter before!
