Office Earthquake

Today office is having a "heaty" environment atmosphere.. why? because today there is 4 nope should be 5 ppl involve this heaty urgement... first is this 2 person X and auntie S just because of X wanted to take something from auntie S's desk but without telling auntie S and they end up quarrel with each other and start to fight but lucky being stopped by our lady boss A... but I guess this case is this 2 person also got their fault... first is X should being courtesy inform auntie S that she is taking something from her desk... as for auntie S she shouldn't keep calling X "China lady" "中国妹" that will hurt other ppl's feeling... as X is also a human being what.. why must you keep calling ppl that name somemore X got her own name to call ma.. if given u are X then ppl also call u China lady, will you be angry also? morale of this story is... treat everyone the same.. dun just because you're the lady boss's sister everyone will hve to listen to your words or let you bully and keep calling nickname...

then later... lady boss A told auntie S off for being so bad... n end up they both sister urged themselves... then later.... their brother M came back from delivery and found out what happen and also side with auntie S n urged with lady boss A....

follow by later on in the afternoon.... auntie S hand lady boss A a resignation letter...

but lady boss A didn't mention a word about staying back or what instead she said if you got ability feel free to go why working in here...

guess for auntie S she needs to learn how to respect for others and change her attitude first...

as for M he also need to change his attitude also... dun because of you are lady boss's brother other ppl must listen to you and do what you say... who are you to scold ppl.. you dont have the right to scold ppl cos you are also just a worker here and not boss...

haiz... I guess it is always difficult to having working together with own family members... cause sometimes you also dunno which side you should listen to...

I dunno have to pity auntie S or what as at her age now its hard for her to find another job outside somemore she got family to support... lives in a condo and drive new car... got 2 daughters to support their edcuation as both of them now study in JC and Poly I think.... husband's job also not that stable too... haiz...

we the outsiders.. just pray that everything will be fine soon... haha...
