Today was off from work... and had a very relaxing time at home doing nothing much... cleaning the house and my room isn't an easy task.... and after that went to take a rest and took my bath and get ready to meet my colleagues for a game of badminton at Paya Lebar Kovan CC... first time went to this CC played.... can say their facilities are not bad... but then.... the badminton court is rather smaller abit then the Macpherson CC and its very stuffy in there... we all still like Macpherson CC court... where theirs space is much bigger even two courts are occupied but there still got some space you can play and is quite windy and more air inside the court unlike those are rather smaller and stuffy...
gosh... think I'm getting body aches now... maybe due to too long period of time never done any much exercise and further more not enough of warm up being done... cos time is not really enough for us... as the group reached here on the dot...
alright... guess I got to go to bed and sleep already... eyes closing soon... body aches all over... wish got someone to massage me.... hehehehe......
